- monday.com Account ID – A unique identifier assigned by monday.com.
- Company Name (if applicable) – Used for billing and support.
- monday.com Account URL – The workspace URL to link data and configurations.
- Support Requests & Communication Logs – If you contact us for support, we may collect and retain email correspondence and logs.
b) monday.com Workspace Data (Automatically Collected)
When you use our apps within monday.com, we process:
- Board IDs & Names – To link app features to specific monday.com boards.
- Group IDs & Names – If an app interacts with specific groups within a board.
- Item IDs & Titles – For apps that process or automate tasks based on item data.
- Column IDs & Values – If an app reads or writes to specific columns.
- Status Changes & Automation IDs – When apps trigger automation workflows.
- Webhooks & API Interactions – For real-time updates and integrations.
Important:
We do not permanently store your
board, item, or column data. We only process
it temporarily for the purpose of providing the Services. Any
stored configuration data (e.g., board IDs, column mappings)
is removed if you uninstall the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the functionality of our monday.com apps.
- Enable automation and workflows within your monday.com workspace.
- Communicate with administrators regarding updates, support, and security-related issues.
- Improve and optimize our Services.
- Ensure compliance with legal and security requirements.

- User Information: Deleted within 30 days after uninstalling the app.
- monday.com Workspace Data: Processed in real-time and not stored permanently.
- Inactive Accounts: Removed after 12 months of inactivity.
- Legal Compliance: Certain data may be stored to comply with regulatory requirements.
Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Data Location and International Transfers
Your personal data is stored and processed in the United States (U.S.) and other locations where our cloud providers operate.
We implement safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to ensure GDPR compliance for international transfers.
